When our original lender imposed a new requirement on the seller of the home we were buying very late in the game, we had no choice but to look for other options (3.5 wks to closing). We appreciated the professionalism/response times/and following through on commitments (closed on time!). We incurred many challenges throughout the purchasing process because of unknown liens on the home after we were under contract. Alan was amazing to work with throughout the process. Please see my earlier comments! However, Alan was with us the entire way texting, calling, emailing and finally being with us at closing! He is the reason this got done on time and with NO issues! Outstanding person and a true pleasure to work with!
